摘 要:通过对全断面岩石掘进机刀盘结构的分析,定义了刀盘面板边界力学条件,通过分析其弯曲特点,给出了刀盘面板自由振动方程,从而建立了刀盘面板固有振动频率计算式并揭示:在全断面岩石掘进机刀盘面板材料一定的条件下,其固有振动频率只与刀盘面板厚度有关,且成正比例关系。研究结论为全断面岩石掘进机工程应用及刀盘设计提供了借鉴。The paper analyzed the structure of the cutterhead of the full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM), and defined the boundary mechanical condition of the cutterhead panel. After analyzing its bending features, it offered its free vibration equations, and established the formula for calculating the natural vibration frequency of the cutterhead panel. In addition, it was concluded that once the material of the cutterhead panel was given, its natural vibration frequency was only related to the thickness of the cutterhead panel with direct proportion. The conclusion offered reference for engineering application of the full face rock TBM and the design of the cutterhead.
