摘 要:针对WK-55型电动挖掘机推压减速器输出轴的脂润滑滑动轴承结构上存在的问题,提出新型不完全流体润滑的轴承结构,该轴承采用轴承承载腔低压供油润滑方式。当电动挖掘机无载荷工作时,油压使推压轴与滑动轴承表面瞬时分离,润滑油进入轴承承载面;当电动挖掘机满载荷工作时,载荷作用使推压轴压向滑动轴承的承载面,从而在推压轴与轴承承载面之间形成压力油膜,解决了推压轴脂润滑轴承表面磨损过快的问题,提高了滑动轴承的疲劳寿命。流体仿真分析及试验结果表明,所设计的轴承端面的迷宫密封结构能够达到端面无泄漏的要求。In view of existing problems of the grease-lubricated sliding bearing on the output shaft of the pushing reducer of WK-55 electric excavator, the paper proposed a new sliding bearing with incomplete fluid lubricating mode, the loading-carrying cavity of the bearing was lubricated by low-pressure oil supply. While the electric excavator was working without load, the oil pressure caused the instantaneous separation of the pushing shaft and the surface of the sliding bearing, and the lubricating oil entered the load-carrying surface of the bearing; while the electric excavator was working with full load, the load made the pushing shaft press onto the load-carrying surface of the bearing, thus the pressure oil film formed between the pushing shaft and the load-carrying surface of the bearing, so the excessive wear of the surface of the grease-lubricated bearing was relieved, and the fatigue life of the sliding bearing was enhanced. The fluid simulation analysis and the test results showed the designed labyrinth sealings applied to the end face of the bearing satisfied the requirement of no leakage at the end face.
