摘 要:链传动是埋刮板输送机重要的传动系统,由于大尺寸链轮整体维修时拆卸困难,故将链轮设计成分体结构。为了研究链轮齿顶部和齿根部2种分体情况下的接触强度,通过三维制图软件Creo建立模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对链轮两种分体结构进行接触强度分析。研究结果表明,在齿根处切分链轮的接触应力要比在齿顶处切分链轮的接触应力更加理想,故在设计制造链轮时应在齿根处进行分体,为链轮的设计提供了理论依据。The chain drive is the important drive system of the drag chain conveyor. Due to the difficulty in removing the large sprocket during overall maintenance, the sprocket was designed in split mode. In order to study the contact strength of the sprocket split at addendum and at root, Creo was applied to build the model, and ANSYS was applied to analyze the contact strength of the two kinds of split sprocket. The study results showed the contact stress of the sprocket split at tooth was less than that split at addendum, thus the split should be designed at root while manufacturing the sprocket. The results offered theoretical reference for the design of the sprocket.
