摘　　要：针对一些煤炭生产企业提出对7 m采高7LS8采煤机升级改造的要求,分析了7LS8采煤机主要结构特点和技术参数,给出了7LS8采煤机增大采高的总体思路,确定了7LS8采煤机升级改造后能够达到的最大采高,提出了7LS8采煤机具体的升级改造方案,有针对性地制定了保证升级改造后整机可靠性的相关措施。In view of the upgrading requirements proposed by some coal production enterprises for 7LS8 shearer with 7 m mining height, the paper analyzed the main structure and technical parameters of 7LS8 shearer, and then offered the overall thinking of increasing the mining height of 7LS8 shearer. In addition, it determined the maximum mining height of the ungraded 7LS8 shearer, and proposed the specific upgrading scheme of 7LS8 shearer. It also laid down some measures to guarantee the reliability of upgraded shearer.
