摘　　要：通过结合华北区域标准战略联盟建设实例,具体分析了其服务模式、体系架构。研究了建设的重要意义与标准信息联盟式创新服务特点,认为组建联盟创新性开展标准信息服务是有益探索。Taking the construction of North China Alliance of Standard Strategy for an example, the paper analyzes the service mode and architecture concretely, studies the significance of construction and the characteristics of innovative services for Standard Information Alliance, and argues that it is helpful to set up an alliance to carry out standard information service innovatively.
