摘 要:新洲大楼采用新颖的大底盘转换悬挂钢框架-剪力墙结构,整个结构中构筑了两个转换层,属于受力复杂的超限结构。对该项目进行了抗震性能化设计,根据构件的重要性给出了不同的性能目标,采用有限元数值方法对结构的多遇地震、设防地震弹性响应进行了分析,建立了弹塑性计算模型并进行了罕遇地震动力弹塑性时程分析,综合评估了结构的地震响应与承载性能。弹性与弹塑性分析的结果表明,新洲大楼能满足规范的各项抗震设防要求与各项既定的抗震性能化目标,整个结构具有可靠的抗震承载能力。Xinzhou Building adopts an innovative structural system which consists of enlarged-base structure with conversion layer,suspended steel frame and shear wall structure.It has two conversion layers and belongs to out-of-code structure under complicated stress.Performance-based seismic design was conducted to this project.Different performance objectives were given according to the importance of the members.Finite element numerical method was used to analyze the structural elastic responses under frequent and fortification earthquakes.Elasto-plastic calculation model was made to conduct dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake.Seismic response and bearing capacity were overall evaluated.The result shows that Xinzhou Building can meet the specification requirements for seismic resistance and set seismic performance objectives,and has reliable seismic bearing capacity.
