摘 要:为了快速准确筛选棉花抗黄萎病品种,为抗病育种提供理论支撑,利用植物根系可伸出无纺布育苗袋特点,将棉花种植于育苗袋中,接种时将伸出育苗袋的根系造成创伤,于黄萎病菌孢子悬浮液(孢子数密度为107 cfu/mL)中浸蘸1s。结果表明,接种后于第7天棉花植株开始发病,第20~25天病情稳定;利用该方法对16个棉花品种进行接种鉴定,试验表明,该方法能够快速准确区分16个棉花品种的抗、感病情况。无纺布育苗袋接种无需剪底,移苗等繁琐伤根过程,简单快速,易操作,不影响棉花正常生长,接种后发病均匀,鉴定结果准确可靠。To obtain a theoretical and technical support for disease resistance breeding,it is imperative to design an approach to rapidly and accurately screen cotton variety with high resistance to Verticillium wilt.Crop root can penetrate non-woven bags,but concomitantly will be wounded.Based on this penetrability characteristics,cotton seedlings were planted in non-woven bags.The bags were then put in Verticillium sporule suspension with 1 second.It is found that the symptoms appeared on the 7 th day and reached the peak on about 15 th day after inoculation.16 varieties resistance could be accurately identified.The application of this approach can omit cutting root and transplanting,which avoids affecting cotton grows.Collectively,this method is accurate and feasible.
