摘 要:低分子量谷蛋白亚基(LMW-GS)与小麦品质密切相关。为给宁夏小麦的品质改良提供参考,应用STS分子标记,对宁夏98份小麦品种Glu-A3和Glu-B3位点的等位基因变异类型组成进行检测和分析。结果表明,宁夏98份小麦品种Glu-A3位点存在Glu-A3a(4.0%)、Glu-A3b(2.0%)、Glu-A3c(55.1%)、GluA3d(10.1%)和Glu-A3e(28.5%)5种等位变异;Glu-B3位点存在Glu-B3a(2.0%)、Glu-B3b(8.1%)、Glu-B3c(5.0%)、Glu-B3d(7.1%)、Glu-B3f(21.4%)、Glu-B3g(2.0%)、Glu-B3h(15.3%)和Glu-B3i(13.3%)8种等位变异。宁夏参试品种共存在23种等位变异组合形式,其中引黄灌区存在18种组合类型,Glu-A3c/Glu-B3j(17.7%)和Glu-A3e/Glu-B3f(16.2%)组合类型较为普遍;宁南山区存在13种组合类型,以Glu-A3c/Glu-B3i(20.0%)组合类型为主。在参试的宁夏小麦品种中,对同一地区不同来源品种而言,改良品种的LMW-GS遗传多样性明显较引进品种和地方品种更丰富。Quality properties of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)are strongly affected by low molecular weight glutenin subunits(LMW-GS).Investigation on LMW-GS compositions and distribution in Ningxia wheat cultivars is very important for wheat quality improvement.STS markers were used to detect the allelic variations of LMW-GS at Glu-A3 and Glu-B3 loci in 98 wheat cultivars collected from Ningxia.Five allelic variations of LMW-GS were detected at Glu-A3 locus,i.e.Glu-A3 a(4.0%),Glu-A3 b(2.0%),Glu-A3 c(55.1%),Glu-A3 d(10.1%)and Glu-A3 e(28.5%).Eight allelic variations were found at Glu-B3 locus,i.e.Glu-B3 a(2.0%),Glu-B3 b(8.1%),Glu-B3 c(5.0%),GluB3 d(7.1%),Glu-B3 f(21.4%),Glu-B3 g(2.0%),Glu-B3 h(15.3%)and Glu-B3 i(13.3%).Twenty-three allelic variation combinations were detected in the 98 Ningxia wheat cultivars.Specifically,eighteen combinations were found in the cultivars from Yellow River Ningxia Valley area,where the main types were Glu-A3 c/Glu-B3 j(17.7%)and Glu-A3 e/Glu-B3 f(16.2%)as shown by the results.Thirteen combinations were observed in the cultivars from the Southern Ningxia mountain area and the main combination is Glu-A3 c/Glu-B3 i(20.0%).As for the cultivars from the same area,the LMW-GS genetic diversity of improved cultivars was much higher than that of introduced cultivars or landrace.The obtained results in this study would provide reference for wheat breeding and production in Ningxia province.
