农村慢性病健康管理的满意度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:对农村高血压、糖尿病的患病率和健康管理满意度进行分析,探寻影响农村慢性病患者满意度的影响因素,为提高健康管理服务质量提供参考依据。方法:描述性统计分析患病率,采用多元逐步回归和有序多因素logistic回归法对农村慢性病健康管理的满意度及影响因素进行分析。结果:农村高血压、糖尿病的患病率为15.70%,患病率性别差异不明显,地区差异较为明显(P<0.001);农村慢性病患者对卫生机构的环境条件、管理人员的服务效果满意度较低,总体满意度的主要影响因素有管理人员的服务态度、医疗技术水平、卫生服务机构的环境条件、获取医疗服务的方便程度、慢性病服务的效果。结论:应采取有效的措施如改善农村医疗机构的硬件、软件等环境条件,提高基层管理人员的服务态度等,增加农村慢性病患者对健康管理服务的总体满意度。Objective To analyze the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension and satisfaction on health management, and ex- plore its influencing factors for improving the quality of health service management. Method The prevalence was studied with de- scriptive statistical analysis. And the satisfaction on health management and its influencing factors were studied with multiple step- wise regression and ordered Logistic regression. Results The prevalence of diabetics and hypertension in rural areas was 15.70%. There had significantly different prevalence among different regions （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The satisfaction degree was lower in environ- mental conditions of health institutionsand management service. The main influencing factors were management staffs＇ attitude, medical technology, environmental conditions, convenience of medical service and the effect of chronic disease service. Conclu- sion It is suggested to take effective measures to improve the rural medical institutions and environmental conditions and improve the service quality of grass - roots management to increase the overall satisfaction of rural patients with chronic diseases on health management service.
