摘　　要：图书馆文献编目工作是图书馆工作的基础,在联系其他各项业务中起着至关重要的作用。传统的文献编目方式相对封闭分散,取而代之的是大数据时代的联机编目体系,既开放又联合。未来的书目数据资源应力求实现地区性乃至全国性的网上联合编目。因此,高校图书馆编目工作应该从理论指导、规范标准、流程创新、业务外包、电子资源和馆员职能等方面进行建设和管理,以不断完善图书馆文献资源数据库。Cataloguing serves as the basis of school library work,playing an important part in connecting other work in college library.However,tradition cataloging is in a closed and separated state,now it is replaced by modern online cataloguing system based on big data which is open and interconnected.In the future,data resources should strive to achieve regional and national online joint cataloguing.Therefore,cataloging work needs innovation in the aspects of theoretical guidance,standards,procedure,outsourcing service,digital resources and personnel management so as to improve library database.
