参芪柔脉合剂治疗冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块50例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪柔脉合剂对冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者100例随机分为2组,对照组50例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组50例在常规西药治疗基础上加服参芪柔脉合剂治疗,观察比较2组治疗前后颈动脉彩超各项指标、血脂、炎症因子等情况。结果:2组颈动脉内中膜厚度、斑块面积均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组血脂、炎症因子均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组斑块Crouse积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:参芪柔脉合剂联合西药治疗冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者,能有效改善和延缓斑块进展,对颈动脉内中膜厚度、斑块积分及血脂、炎症因子有明显的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Roumai mixture in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated by carotid atheroselerotie plaque. Methods ： A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated by carotid atherosclerotie plaque who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in the treatment group were given Shenqi Roumai mixture in addition to the conventional Western medicine treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in carotid color Doppler ultrasound indices, blood lipids, and inflammatory factors. Results：Both groups had significant reductions in carotid intima - media thickness and plaque area after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while there were no sig- nificant differences between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Both groups had significant improvements in blood lipids and inflammatory factors after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Both groups had a significant change in plaque Crouse score after treatment, and there was a significant difference in plaque Crouse score between the two groups（P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： In patients with coronary heart disease complicated by carotid atherosclerotic plaque, Shenqi Roumai mixture combined with Western medicine treatment can effectively improve and delay the progression of plaques and exert a marked therapeutic effect on carotid intima -media thickness, plaques, blood lipids, and inflammatory factors.
