摘 要:以氰基乙酸乙酯、2-丁酮、二乙胺和硫粉为原料,乙醇为溶剂,在一定条件下合成了4,5-二甲基-3-乙氧羰基噻吩胺,然后与六种不同的芳醛反应,合成了六种相应的Schiff碱。通过MS、~1 H NMR、IR和UV等对合成的化合物进行表征,结果表明目标产物结构与理论相符。然后对这六种目标产物进行荧光光谱性能测试,结果表明这些化合物具有较强荧光;并且通过研究溶液的极性对目标化合物荧光强度的影响,发现目标化合物的荧光强度随着溶液极性增大而增强。4,5-Dimethyl-3-ethoxycarbonyl thiophenine was synthesized in absolute ethanol using ethyl cyanoacetate,2-butanone,diethylamine and powdered sulfur as the starting materials.Then,the foregoing thiophenine was reacted with varies of aromatic aldehydes in absolute ethanol using acetic acid as catalyst to yield the title Schiff bases in good yields.The structures of the final compounds were confirmed by MS,~1 HNMR,IR and UV-vis.The preliminary fluorescent-spectrometric property testing results showed that the target products exhibit strong fluorescence intensity.Moreover,the effect of the solution polarity on the fluorescence intensity of the resultant compounds was also studied.And the results indicated that their fluorescence intensities are enhanced with the increase of the solution polarity.
