摘 要:分别以LiBr溶液和离子液体为溶剂制备的丝素蛋白膜为载体,利用双膜夹心法将待测的药物包裹在丝素蛋白膜内,然后对目标药物Vc进行缓释研究。结果表明:以离子液体为溶剂制备的丝素蛋白膜结构致密,分子间隙较小,当pH=2.5,释药时间在100min,释药率达到最大,约为79%,释药效果较传统膜好,其优良的性能扩大了在药物缓释上的应用。The drug Vc slow-release by the silk fibroin film is studied in this article.The fibroin film as acarrier was prepared in LiBr solution and ionic liquid solution respectively,and the Vc was encapsulated in the silk fibroin film by double film sandwich method.The results showed that the silk fibroin film made in ionic liquid has dense structure and narrow molecular gap,when the pH was 2.5,the release rate was about 79%at 100 min.The release rate was better for the silk fibroin film made in ionic liquid system than that made in LiBr solution system,which means that the silk fibroin film made in ionic liquid system is perfect to drug release.
