摘  要:对炼油厂锅炉化学水处理工艺现状进行了介绍,针对阴阳床一级除盐系统存在的问题和不足进行了深入分析,结合对混床工艺技术的研究,提出了具体的改造优化方案。通过实施二级除盐改造,实现了除盐水水质的升级,解决了原一级除盐系统水质不稳定、纯度不高的问题,极大地提升了锅炉水汽品质,延长了机组运行周期,有效降低了锅炉排污造成的大量水和热损失,实现了节能减排目标。The authors introduced demineralized water treatment technology of refinery's boiler.We analysised deeply aimming at the problems and shortcomings of primary demineralixation water system.Combining the research about mixed resin bed technology,we raised concrete optimization plan.By means of secondary demineralized water optimization,we improved demineralized water quality.We solved the problems that primary demineralixation water quality was unstable and low purity.Boiler water-vapor quality has been improved greatly,and unit operation period has been lengthened.The heat and water loss that was caused by boiler blowdown has been reduced effectively,and we achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
