摘　　要：液氯充装输送存在不同的工艺,设备、设施也存在不同的风险,风险控制方式、手段也不同。通过工艺、设备的发展,风险因素以及对风险控制改变的论述,明确了液氯充装风险控制及发展方向,最终实现本质安全的目的。There are different technology and equipment and facihies when liquid chlorine was filled. There are different risks, different risk controls and modes . Difiniting direction of liquid chlorine filling and risk control by discuss of development of equipment and technology , changes of risk factors and risk controls . coming true the purpose of instrinsic safety.
