摘　　要：在高等教育大众化和高校深化改革进程中,财务管理作为高校内部管理的最重要组成部分之一,面临着巨大的问题和挑战,压力和风险增大。在当前高校体制改革下财务自主性不断上升的同时,如何有效地提高财务管理工作水平,规避与防范存在的风险,充分发挥财务管理对稳定学校发展的重要作用,值得我们深入研究。In the process of popularization of higher education and deepening reform in colleges and universities, financial management, as one of the most important components of internal management in colleges and universities, is facing huge problems and challenges, and pressure and risks are increasing. Under the current university system reform, financial autonomy is rising. Meanwhile, how to effectively improve the financial management, avoid and guard against the risks and give full play to the important role of financial management in stabilizing school development, is worthy of further research.
