摘　　要：目前国内学术期刊数字出版平台建设过程中,无论从内容生产、论文发表、平台服务还是学术传播角度仍存在一定发展误区。通过引入不规则知识晶格理论,介绍不规则知识晶格概念、组织特点和内部结构。从不规则知识晶格视角下阐述学术期刊数字出版同台化的意义,统一平台建设的理念原则与功能特点,并提出期刊数字出版同台化建设策略,以期为学术期刊数字化建设与转型发展提供参考借鉴。At present,in the process of building domestic digital publishing platform for academic journals,there are still some misunderstandings in development in aspects of content production,publication of papers,platform service and academic communication.By introducing the theory of irregular knowledge lattice,this paper introduces the concept,organization features and internal structure of irregular knowledge lattices.From the perspective of irregular knowledge lattice,the significance of the polymerization of digital publishing platform for academic periodicals is elaborated,the concept principle and function characteristic of platform building are unified and the constructional strategy of the polymerization of digital periodicals publishing platform is put forward,in order to provide reference for the digital construction and transformation of academic periodicals.
