摘 要:铝热焊接技术作为钢轨无缝焊接的一种方式,由于具备准备时间短,焊接质量可靠、操作相简单、效率高等优点,在铁路工程当中具有非常广泛的运用。但是目前阶段在港口码头工程轨道焊接当中铝热焊接技术的运用并不是非常的广泛,本文结合唐山港京唐港区26~#~27~#集装箱泊位码头工程的轨道焊接分析了铝热焊接技术在码头工程中的实际运用,介绍铝热焊接的基本原理,施工工艺的流程和质量控制要点,希望能促进铝热焊接技术在码头工程中的实际运用。As a seamless welding means of steel rail, the thermite welding technique is widely used in railway engineering due to such advantages as short preparation time, simple operation, reliable welding quality and high efficiency. But the above technique cannot serve as a conventional rail-welding method in port engineering. Based on the rail welding works of container berths 26^#~27^# in Jingtang Port, the application of thermite welding technique is analyzed, which includes the basic principle, construction process and quality control essentials of thermite welding. The analysis results may promote the practical application of thermite welding technique in port engineering.
