摘　　要：某大型锌冶炼厂合金锌粉生产过程中存在着水泮渣含锌过高、合金锌粉有效锌低、密度较小等问题,通过采取相应的措施,保证了矿热电炉稳定运行,提高了锌粉质量,降低了渣含锌。In the process of alloy zinc powder production in some large zinc smelter, there are some problems such as too high zinc content in slag, low effective zinc content in alloy zinc powder and low density. By adopting corresponding measures, stable operation of smelting electric furnace is guaranteed with improved zinc powder quality and lower zinc content in slag.
