摘 要:目的:探讨黄芩苷镁盐和黄芩素的肠吸收动力学异同。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定样品中黄芩苷镁盐和黄芩素的含量,计算黄芩苷镁盐和黄芩素的吸收速率常数(Ka),单位面积肠吸收量(Abs)和每小时吸收率(P)等肠吸收动力学参数,比较黄芩苷镁盐和黄芩素的肠吸收差异。结果:黄芩素的Ka是黄芩苷镁盐的2.33倍,Abs是黄芩苷镁盐的4.58倍,P是黄芩苷镁盐的3.86倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与黄芩苷镁盐比较,黄芩素在大鼠肠道的吸收更好、更快。Objective:This study was to discuss the similarities and differences of baicalin magnesium salt and baicalein respecting the intestinal absorption kinetics.Methods:HPLC method had been established to assay the contents of baicalin magnesium salt and baicalein,and the intestinal absorption kinetics parameters containing the absorption rate constant(Ka),the intestinal absorption by per unit area within one hour(Abs)and the absorption rate by hour(P)were figured out to investigate the differences of their absorption.Results:The Ka of baicalein was 2.33 times than that of baicalin magnesium salt,the Abs was 4.58 times and the P was3.86 times.There were significant differences of these data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intestinal absorption of baicalein was better and quicker than baicalin magnesium salt in rats whole intestine tract.
