摘 要:目的:考察豨红通络提取液的精制工艺。方法:以奇任醇保留率、干膏得率为考察指标,比较水提醇沉法、超滤法和ZTC1+1-Ⅱ天然澄清剂吸附法在豨红通络提取液精制中的效果,并且采取单因素考察法,优选出最佳除杂工艺条件。结果:ZTC1+1-Ⅱ天然澄清剂的澄清工艺优于水提醇沉法和超滤法。提取液加入5%的B组分ZTC1+1-Ⅱ天然澄清剂,置于50℃的水浴中,以150r/min的速度搅拌,纯化絮凝搅拌时间45min为最佳精制工艺。结论:ZTC1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂可用于精制豨红通络提取液。Objective : To investigate the refining process of Xihong Tongluo extract. Methods : Taking the retention rate of odd al cohol and dry ointment as index, the effects of water extraction, alcohol precipitation, ultrafiltration and ZTC1 + 1 natural clarifica tion agent on the extraction process were compared. Results:the clarification process of ZTC1 + 1- II natural clarifier is better than that of water extraction, alcohol precipitation and ultrafiltration. The extract is added to 5 ~ B fraction ZTC1 + 1- II natural clarif ying agent, placed in 50 degree water bath, stirred at 150r/rain speed, and the best time for flocculation and mixing time is 4Stain. Conclusion:type ZTC1--1 natural clarifying agent can be used for the purification of Xihong Tongluo extract.
