摘  要:目的:探讨留学生医学微生物学教学改革的新思路,提升教学效果。方法:选取《医学微生物学》某一章节内容作为实验对象,以2014级留学生作为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统课堂讲授法,实验组进行"小组竞赛式"翻转课堂教学。通过阶段性成绩考核和问卷调查比较两组教学效果的差异。结果:测试成绩比较,实验组明显组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);对实验组学生进行调查发现,大多数留学生对"小组竞赛式"翻转课堂持正面评价,认为该教学法能有效提升医学微生物学教学效果。结论:"小组竞赛式"翻转课堂适用于留学生医学微生物教学,在提高学习效果、培养自学能力和团队协作精神方面效果显著。Objective:To explore the new method of teaching medical microbiology for foreign students. Methods:A chapter from Medical Microbiology was selected as the teaching subject. Overseas students enrolled in 2014 took part in the controlled trial. The control group used the traditional teaching method and the experimental group carried out a group competition in the flipped class. The difference of teaching effect be- tween the two groups was compared by the achievement examination in various phases and a survey. Results: The examination scores in experi- mental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.001 ). Most of the students in the experimental group held a posi- tive opinion of group competition and considered the teaching method can effectively improve the medical microbiology teaching and learning ef- fect. Conclusion: The flipped classes with group competition can be applied to the teaching of medical microbiology and it is effective in improv- ing the learning effect, and foster self-learning ability and team spirit.
