摘　　要：目的:保证人才培养质量、规范校外教学基地的临床教学,为完善临床医学校外教学质量保障体系提供理论支撑。方法:围绕管理体制、教学质量评价系统、师资培训体系等开展调查研究,研究方法采用问卷调查及座谈会。结果:现行的校外教学保障体系尚不完善,必须对学校现行的教学管理体制、教学评价、师资培训等多方面进行改革、完善。Objective：To ensure the quality of personnel training, standardize the clinical teaching oi off-campus teaching base, to provide theoretical support for improving the quality assurance system of clinical medicine. Methods： To carry out research, using questionnaires and seminars around the management system, teaching quality evaluation system, teacher training system. Conclusion：The existing teaching manage- merit system, teaching evaluation and teacher training of the school must be reformed and perfected in many aspects.
