摘　　要：目的:探讨模块教学改革对医学本科生考研与实习矛盾的影响。方法:对五年制医学本科生模块教学改革班、传统教学班及临床带教教师进行了考研与实习矛盾的问卷分析,并对两个班学生的在校成绩与临床实习成绩进行对比分析。结果和结论:教学改革班在考研和实习之间矛盾上的冲突明显小于传统教学班,这个矛盾是可以通过深化教育教学改革来解决的。Objective： To explore the effect of module teaching reform on the eontmdictionbetween entrance examination and practice of medical undergraduates. Methods：The questionnaire reform of the undergraduate course of the five-year medical undergraduate course, the tradi- tional teaching class and the clinical teaching teacher were analyzed, and the results of the two - course students＇ school and the clinical prac- tice were compared. Results and conclusion： the conflict between the entrance examination and the internship is obviously less than that of the traditional teaching class. This contradiction can be solved by deepening the reform of education and teaching.
