通脉降浊汤治疗痰浊血瘀型冠心病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通脉降浊汤加减治疗痰浊血瘀型冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将46例冠心病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各23例,对照组患者予以西医基础治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用通脉降浊方加减口服,比较两组患者治疗前后血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平以及心绞痛症状改善情况。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平显著低于对照组,HDL-C水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者心绞痛症状改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通脉降浊汤治疗痰浊血瘀型冠心病临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者心绞痛症状,降低血脂水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe on the Clinical Efficacy of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods:46 cases of dyslipidemia patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group to the basic treatment of Western medicine,the treatment group on the basis of the control group with Tongmai Jiangzhu side plus orally,were measured before and after treatment of two groups of patients serum(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and the levels were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the serum of the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),HDL-C content was significantly increased(P<0.05);clinical symptoms of angina pectoris improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongmai Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of phlegm blood stasis type coronary heart disease is effective and worth promoting.
