摘 要:目的探讨大型公立综合医院临终关怀专业护理队伍建设的方法与模式。方法对临终关怀病房护理人员开展临终关怀护理文化建设、临终关怀专业知识分层次培训、专科人才培养、护理人员自我照顾等,使用照顾临终患者态度量表及死亡态度描绘量表了解护理人员照顾临终患者的态度及对待死亡的态度。结果通过一系列培训及改进措施,护理人员对死亡有较正确的认识,照顾临终患者的态度变得积极(P<0.001),对待死亡的态度呈现正向变化的趋势。结论通过临终关怀文化建设以及专业培训等措施,可以提高临终关怀护理人员对本专业知识的掌握,积极地对待和处理死亡,促进临终关怀护理专业队伍的发展。Objective To explore the methods and modes of developing professional hospice nursing team in major public comprehensive hospitals. Methods Activities including cultural construction of hospice care nursing, hierarchical training of hospice care professional knowledge, specialists training and self-care of the nursing staffs were carried out among nursing staff in hospice care ward. Frommelt Attitude Toward Care of the Dying(FATCOD) and Death Attitude Profile were applied for surveying nurses 'attitude toward the dying and the death. Results After series of training and measures, nursing staffs acquired a correct conception of death and their attitude toward caring the dying and the death tended to be more active(P0.001). Conclusion Through hospice culture construction and professional training, hospice nurses acquire more professional knowledge and are more active in treating and dealing with death, which consequently improve patients ' satisfaction and promote the development of hospice care professional team.
