摘　　要：刮板输送机在井下采掘工作中发挥着举足轻重的作用,确保电动机无故障运行是提高作业效率的前提,因此,主要从刮板输送机电动机中的机械故障、电气故障、环境问题、人员能力这四方面损坏原因展开分析,并且针对性地提出了相应的防治措施,旨在为刮板输送机故障排除提供理论指导。The scraper conveyer plays an important role in the underground mining work.It is the premise of improving the working efficiency to ensure the motor running without fault.Therefore,the mechanical fault of the scraper conveyor motor is mainly from the mechanical fault of the scraper conveyor motor.In order to provide theoretical guidance for troubleshooting of scraper conveyer,the paper analyzes the causes of electrical failure,environmental problems and personnel ability,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
