宁夏海原县非口腔专业医务人员口腔健康知识及行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁夏海原县非口腔专业医务人员口腔健康知识及行为现状,为宁夏地区的口腔健康促进和口腔医学发展提供基础依据。方法以《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查报告》为参照自行设计调查问卷,对167人宁夏海原县非口腔专业医务人员进行口腔健康知识知晓率和口腔健康行为正确率问卷调查,并以200人宁夏海原县普通城乡居民作为对照。结果非口腔专业医务人员的口腔健康知识知晓率为77.1%(644/835),城乡居民的口腔健康知识知晓率为44.9%(449/1 000),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=196.202,P<0.05);非口腔专业医务人员的口腔健康行为正确率为53.6%(358/668),城乡居民的口腔健康行为正确率为25.6%(205/800),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=120.435,P<0.05)。结论宁夏海原县大多数非口腔专业医务人员能掌握一般的口腔健康知识,与普通城乡居民相比能采用正确的口腔清洁措施,但每隔半年或1年进行定期口腔检查的实践率较低,应加强口腔健康知识宣教及口腔健康行为指导,以提高非口腔专业医务人员口腔健康水平。Objective To understand the status of oral health knowledge and behavior of non - dental medical workers in Haiyuan County of Ningxia, and to provide the basis for oral health promotion and development of stomatology in Ningxia. Method Ac- cording to the third national oral health epidemiological survey report, the questionnaire about the awareness rate of oral health knowledge and the correct rate of oral health behavior was designed. This questionnaire was conducted on 167 Ningxia Haiyuan non - dental medical workers and 200 ordinary urban and rural residents in Haiyuan County of Ningxia was used as a control. Results The awareness rate of oral health knowledge of non - dental medical workers was 77.1% （644/835）. The awareness rate of oral health knowledge among urban and rural residents was 44.9% （449/1000）. There was a significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05）. The correct rate of oral health behavior of non - dental medical workers was 53.6% （358/668）. The correct rate of oral health behavior among urban and rural residents was 25.6% （205/800）. There was a significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The awareness rate and correct rate of oral health knowledge and behavior of non - dental medical workers in Haiyuan County of Ningxia are higher than those of urban and rural residents, but it is still necessary to strengthen oral health knowledge education and oral health behavior guidance, in an effort to further improve the oral health level of non - dental medical workers.
