鞍山地区含石棉滑石矿浮选试验研究

摘　　要：在对辽宁鞍山含石棉滑石矿进行岩矿分析的基础上,进行了药剂制度和工艺流程试验。试验结果表明,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为捕收剂,植酸为调整剂,浮选条件:p H值为11,磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量为75%,经过1次粗选1次扫选3次精选开路试验,可获得滑石含量98.18%,回收率55%,杂质透闪石含量仅为0.49%的浮选产品,产品达到了滑石粉一级品原料的要求。Based on the analysis of the containing asbestos talc ore from Liaoning Anshan, regime of agent and process flow test were carried. The result showed that, the talc and tremolite grade of the concentrate was 98.18% and 0.49%, the talc recovery was 55% by one roughing-three cleaning-one scavenging open-circuit flotation test in the SDBS flotation, when the depressant was phytic acid, the pH value was 11, the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm content was 75%. The flotation products meet the requirements of the first grade raw material of talcum powder.
