摘  要:沙特某磷矿选矿厂使用光电选矿,主要目的是在2次破碎前提前抛出原矿中大部分的硅酸盐脉石,以减小后续工序的处理量,并相对提升矿石中磷矿物的含量,同时降低能耗、材料消耗、设备磨损,降低生产运行成本。光电选矿在试验条件下可以获得产率为66.67%,P2O5回收率为85.49%的精矿指标,Si O2脱出率为60.20%。在实际工业试生产中,光选装置负荷率为43.12%,精矿指标为产率90.85%,P2O5回收率95.89%,Si O2脱出率44.65%。对试生产指标与设计进行对比评价,并就存在的问题根据实际生产情况进行分析,提出合理的解决方法和建议。The main purpose of using ore sorter in certain phosphate beneficiation plant in KSA is to eliminate most of the silicate gangue from the raw material before the secondary crushing, so that the processing quantity of the following process can be reduced, and the content of phosphate minerals in the ore can be relatively raised, meanwhile the energy consumption, material consumption, equipment wear can be reduced and ultimately the costs of production and operation are reduced. Under the condition of experiment, ore sorting can achieve a concentrate index of 66.67% productive rate and 85.49% recovery rate of P205, and the eliminate rate for SiO2 is 60.20%. During pre-production trial in practical industrial, the load rate of the ore sorter is 43.12%, the concentrate index of yield is 90.85%. The recovery rate ofP205 was 95.89%, and the eliminate rate for SiO~ is 44.65%. Compare the production index with the design and evaluate, and analyze the existing problems according to the actual production situation, propose logical solutions and suggestions.
