摘 要:制备了13X分子筛/凹凸棒土颗粒材料,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射等对其微观结构进行分析,考察了不同p H值、不同Pb(Ⅱ)质量浓度下13X分子筛/凹凸棒土颗粒对水中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附行为。结果表明:13X/凹凸棒土颗粒疏松多孔,表面及内部有许多孔道;当p H值为3.5~12.2、Pb(Ⅱ)质量浓度为100 mg/L、吸附时间1 h和投加量1 g/L时,13X/凹凸棒土颗粒对Pb(Ⅱ)去除率为76.0%~99.9%;13X/凹凸棒土颗粒对水中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附过程更符合准二级速率方程和Langmuir模型,表明13X/凹凸棒土颗粒对水中Pb(Ⅱ)是单层的、快速的化学吸附,计算出最大吸附容量为438.6 mg/g;交换出来的Na+与吸附的Pb2+摩尔浓度比接近于理论值2倍,说明13X/凹凸棒土颗粒吸附Pb(Ⅱ)的主要机理是离子交换。A granular 13X molecular sieve/attapulgite adsorbent for Pb(Ⅱ) was synthesized, and the morphology and structure was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) etc. The effect of pH and different Pb(II) content on Pb (Ⅱ) adsorption by granular 13X/attapulgite. The results showed that: granular 13X/attapulgite had large spaces and homogeneous pore canals in the interlayers and surface. When pH, mass concentration of Pb (Ⅱ), reaction time and granular 13X/attapulgite dosage was 3.5-12.2, 100 mg/L, 1 h and 1 g/L, the removal rate of Pb (Ⅱ) was 76.0%-99.9%. The adsorption process followed the pseudo second-order model and Langmuir isotherm, which showed that Pb (Ⅱ) adsorption by granular 13X/attapulgite was onomolecular layer chemisorption, and the maximum sorption capacity of Pb (Ⅱ) was 438.6 mg/g. Additionally, the molar ratio of exchanged Na^+ and adsorbed Pb^2+ at equilibrium was close to the ideal value 2, indicating that the main adsorption mechanism could be explained to the ion exchange.
