摘 要:以造纸白泥和工业氢氧化铝为原料通过传统工艺制备轻质六铝酸钙。研究了煅烧温度对六铝酸钙物相及形貌影响,并探讨了保温时间对轻质六铝酸钙体积密度及显气孔率变化规律的影响。研究了水热处理温度对前驱体的物相及形貌影响和对六铝酸钙的形貌影响。结果表明:前驱体于1350℃时开始生成六铝酸钙,1500℃下煅烧3 h后能得到晶体结构完整、颗粒分布均匀的六铝酸钙;随着保温时间的延长CA6的显气孔率逐渐减小,而体积密度逐渐增大;对前驱体水热处理温度的升高有利于高温作用下六铝酸钙的生成。The light-weight calcium hexaluminate (CA6) was synthesized through the traditional method using papermaking white mud and technical grade AI(OH)~. The effect of calcination temperature on the mineralogy and morphology of CA6 was investigated. The influence of holding time on the evolution of bulk density and apparent porosity of CA6 was also studied. The effect of hydrothermal treating temperature on the mineral phases and morphology of precursor and CA6 was studied. The results showed that: the precursor was initially transformed into CA6 at 1350℃, and the homogeneous CA6 particles with excellent crystal structure were formed at 1500℃ holding for 3 h. Furthermore, the bulk density of CA6 increased with the extended holding time, but the apparent porosity of CA6 decreased with the increasing holding time. It can also be concluded that an increase of hydrothermal treating temperature was beneficial for the production of CA6 at elevated temperature.
