摘 要:为提升产品形态创新设计的效率和成功率,立足于用户感性需求,引入复杂网络概念,借鉴生物信息学中蛋白质互作网络构建的理论和方法,针对性地构建意象相关的产品形态基因网络;以无标度网络拓扑分析理论为基础理解产品形态基因网络的组织结构和动态性,识别并预测产品形态基因网络中的意象靶基因与优选基因组合,作为析出知识供设计师规划设计活动。以汽车侧轮廓的设计为例,基于形状文法理论开发了智能优化设计引擎,利用析出知识简化编码信息、优化求解顺序,有效验证了意象驱动的产品形态基因网络对设计的辅助作用。To improve the efficiency and success rate of product form's innovation design, based on the emotional requirements of customer, a concept of complex networks was introduced, the molding gene grid that related to the product image was targeted built by using the theory and method of protein-protein interaction network construction in bioinformatics field. Based on the scale-free network topology analysis theory, the structure and dynamics of product form gene network were analyzed, and the combination of image target gene and optimal gene in product form gene network were identified and predicted, above which would be as separate-out one for designers to plan de- signing activities. In the design of automobile side profile as an example, the intelligent interactive design engine based on shape grammar theory was developed, and these separate-out knowledge was utilized to simplify encoding information and optimize the solution sequence, which verified the effective aids of product form gene network driven by images on design.
