摘 要:由于传统的步进电机控制方法为开环控制,无法实现对电机的实时位置和转速进行跟踪和控制,系统以C8051020单片机为控制核心,提出了一种基于正弦阈值滤波的步进电机转子位置检测控制系统:在电机电流闭环控制中,采用高速AD采样和噪声干扰抑制控制,通过正弦阈值滤波理论和数据信息处理,实现步进电机在低转速下的位置跟踪和控制:在细分运行控制方法的基础上加入抑制电机振动控制方法。实现电机运行电流的软上升和软下降,实验验证了电机运行更加平稳。The traditional control method of stepper motors is open-loop control which can not achieve the goal of tracking and controlling the real-time position and rotate speed of the motor. The system is based on C8051020 SCM and the SCM is the core of control circuit. The stepper motor rotor position detection control system is based on sine threshold filtering. The high-speed AD sampling and noise interference suppression control in the closed-loop control of the motor current is adopted. By using the theory of sine threshold filtering and data processing, the goal of tracking location and controlling at low speed is realized. With the addition of the control method of inhibiting of motor vibration on the basis of the segmentation operation control method, soft-rising and falling of the current can be obtained. The experiment verifies that the motor runs more smoothly.
