摘　　要：基于语音卡开发的负荷电量数据自动采集处理系统是针对电力地调所管辖电厂设计的负荷电量数据采集处理系统,通过电话线与计算机的语音卡相连,电厂(电话端)根据系统预设的语音提示输入数据,发送DTMF(双音多频)码,在计算机端(调度端)通过编程,将接收到的DTMF码转化为日负荷、电量等数据,并存入SQL数据库中,实现自动获取数据并由计算机自动统计。The application of automatic data acquisition and processing system for power and load based on voice card is governed by the power plant design system load data acquisition and processing, connected through the telephone line and the voice card on computer, power plant （telephone terminal） system according to the preset voice prompt input data, sent DTMF code to the computer terminal （dispatching） through the program, then changed the DTMF code into the data of daily load, energy data, and stored saved in the SQL database, realized automatic data acquisition and automatic statistics.
