摘 要:目的研究并建立高效液相色谱法测定藿砂口服液中茅术醇和β-桉叶醇的含量。方法以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱为流动相;所使用的色谱柱为Diamonsi L C18(2)(5μm,250×4.6mm);柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL,流速:1.0m L·min-1,检测波长为203nm。结果按以上实验方法,茅术醇和β-桉叶醇分别在0.0182mg·m L-1~0.4548mg·m L-1(r=0.9998)和0.0153mg·m L-1~0.3834mg·m L-1(r=0.9997)浓度范围内与其峰面积具有良好的线性关系。茅术醇和β-桉叶醇的平均回收率分别为96.76%和96.89%,RSD分别为1.13%和1.83%(n=6)。结论所述方法结果准确,可以作为检测藿砂口服液中茅术醇和β-桉叶醇含量的方法并用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To research and establish an HPLC method to determine the content of hinesol and β-eudesmol in Huosha oral liquid. METHODS Acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase gradient elution;The column used was Diamonsil C18(2)(5μm,250 × 4. 6 mm);Column temperature:30℃,injection volume:10μL,Velocity of flow:1. 0 m L·min^-1,Detection wavelength of 203 nm. RESULTS By the above experimental methods,a good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0. 0182 mg · m L^-1~ 0. 4548 mg · m L^-1 for Hinesol( r = 0. 9998) and 0. 0153 mg·m L^-1~ 0. 3834 mg·m L^-1 for β-eudesmol( r = 0. 9997). Hinesol and β-eudesmol average recoveries( n = 6) were 96. 76% and 96. 89%( RSD were 1. 13% and 1. 83%). CONCLUSION The method above is accurate. It can be used as content determination method of hinesol and β-eudesmol in Huosha oral liquid and used to control the quality of Huosha oral liquid.
