摘 要:为了了解生物质关风器的锁气性能,通过在封闭的进料口安装微差压计,测定了关风器在静态和动态时不同漏风量情况下的压力,并对试验数据进行拟合,得到了本试验条件下压力平均值与漏气量之间的关系式,在静态时两叶片锁闭时的锁闭系数为0.0628,四叶片锁闭时的锁闭系数为0.072 1;动态时的锁闭系数为0.068 8。试验结果能够很好地反映关风器的锁气性能,为关风器的锁气性能检测提供了简单实用的方法。In order to understand the locking performance of the air-locker of biomass, the pressures under the condition of static and dynamic were tested by the Micro-manometer installed at the closed inlet. The relationship between the average pressure and gas leakage was obtained by fitting the test data. Under static conditions, the locking coefficient of the two locked blades is 0. 062 8,and the locking coefficient of the four locked blades is 0. 072 1. The locking coefficient of dynamic time is 0. 068 8. The test results can better reflect the locking performance of the air-locker, and provides a simple and practical method for the detection of locking performance.
