摘  要:这里提出一种新型EIE结构耦合电感器应用于两两对称耦合的四相磁集成双向DC/DC变换器(BDC)。根据电感集成原理和磁路等效原则,分析其磁通及气隙分布,建立起考虑边缘磁阻和气隙磁阻的磁路模型,推演出耦合磁件自感、互感及耦合系数,给出可实现磁通对称化和解耦集成的设计原则和方法。该结构耦合电感器可实现耦合系数高自由度调节,并解决了传统E型铁心构造的耦合电感器中边缘气隙磁通损耗较高的问题。通过有限元仿真和实验证明了磁路理论和设计方法的正确性及在稳态损耗、暂态响应和效率等方面的优越性。A novel EIE shape coupled inductor applied on 4-phase interleaving magnetic integration bidirectional DC/ DC converter(BDC) is presented, and its structure design method is also given.According to the principle of inductance integration and magnetic circuit equivalent, its air gap and flux distribution are analyzed, its improved magnetic circuit models which considering air gap edge magnetic reluctance outside the windings is set up, the formulas of self inductance and mutual inductance and the coupling coefficient are deduced, and design principles and methods are got.The coupled inductor retains the advantages of coupling coefficient adjustment with high degree, besides, the draw-back of high air-gap fringing flux losses in conventional E shape coupled inductor structure is solved.The theoretical prediction and experimental results are in good agreement.
