摘　　要：城市中心城区建设用地集约利用潜力评价是建设用地评价考核体系的重要组成部分，是城市科学发展的重要支撑。基于此，本文对该项评价工作做了全面研究，从评价工作地域划定、功能区划分、评价指标体系制定和潜力分区等4个方面总结出了一些较为突出的问题，通过探索和分析，针对存在的问题提出了应对措施和建议。It is an important part of the evaluation system of construction land and the important support for the development of urban science. Based on this, this paper makes a comprehensive study of the evaluation, from the evaluation work area delimitation, function division, evaluation index system of development and potential partition summarizes four aspects, such as some of the more prominent issues, through exploration and analysis, put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions on the existing problems.
