摘  要:目的监测ICU病原菌分布和耐药性,更好地指导临床用药。方法收集我院2015年1月~12月ICU送检的所有标本培养分离的病原菌(不含真菌)分析。结果共检出病原菌501株。其中,G+菌78株占比15.6%,G-菌423株占比84.4%,鲍曼不动杆菌、屎肠球菌耐药率居高不下,肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌的Es BLs率分别为51.1%和52.9%,金黄色葡萄球菌MRSA为78.8%。结论耐药率监测意义十分重要,为临床合理使用抗生素提供理论依据和证据支持。Objective Monitoring of the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in Intensive Care Unit(ICU), to give medicine guidance better. Methods Collect and analyze all the clinical specimens from ICU patients from January 2015 to December 2015(Except the fungus). Results A total of 138 pathogens were found in bacteriological detection, among them, 78 strains of gram positive bacteria, accounted for 15.6%, 423 strains of gram-negative bacteria, accounted for 84.4%, drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii and enterococcus faecium Staying at a high level, the Es BLs rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae and e. coli were 51.1% and 52.9% respectively, Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus accounted for 78.8%. Conclusion Monitoring of the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is very important, as to provide theoretical basis and evidence supporting for clinical rational use of antibiotics.
