摘　　要：目的探讨血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原改变在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的临床意义。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月在大连市妇幼保健院就诊的10例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究组,和100例正常体检妊娠期妇女为健康对照组,比较两组患者的血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原情况。结果研究组D-D含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FIB含量高于对照组差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论检测妊娠期糖尿病患者血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原水平,有助于对患者病情发展的判断,在临床上有重要价值。Objective To study the plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen in patients with gestational diabetes clinical significance. Methods Select in December 2015 to December 2016 in dalian city maternal and child health care clinic of 10 patients with gestational diabetes for the team, and 100 cases of normal physical examination pregnancy women as the healthy control group, compared two groups of patients with plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen. Results The group D-D levels lower than the control group, difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, FIB levels higher than the control group difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Detection of gestational diabetes patients plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen level, contribute to the development of the patient condition judgment, is valuable in clinic.
