护理配合对内镜下低温等离子射频手术治疗后鼻孔闭锁的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨护理配合对内镜下低温等离子射频手术治疗后鼻孔闭锁的临床意义。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月在大连市中心医院行内镜下低温等离子射频手术治疗后鼻孔闭锁的患者30例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组15例采取普通护理,试验组15例采取积极护理配合。比较两组患者术后并发症情况。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极的护理配合有助于减少内镜下低温等离子射频手术治疗后鼻孔闭锁患者的术后并发症,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation in endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency surgery clinical significance for the treatment of choanal atresia. Methods In June 2015 to June 2016 in dalian central hospital endoscopic plasma radiofrequency at low temperature of 30 patients with surgical treatment of choanal atresia, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, control group 15 cases take ordinary care, experimental group 15 cases take active nursing cooperation. Compare two groups of patients with postoperative complications. Results Each index group were superior to control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Positive nursing cooperation helps reduce endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency treatment of choanal atresia surgery patients of postoperative complications and is worth popularizing in clinical.
