复发性尿路感染的细菌检验和药敏对治疗影响并探讨治疗对策

摘　　要：目的分析探究复发性尿路感染的细菌感染和对药敏治疗影响。方法选择2014年2月至2016年4月的复发性尿路感染患者120例,给予患者分期长时间治疗,结合患者尿路细菌培养情况敏感实验和临床验证选择抗生素,观察其疗效。结果 120例患者中细菌培养呈阳性患者18例,阳性率为15.00%。其中大肠埃希菌患者9例,所占比率为50.00%,粪肠球菌6例,所占比率为33.33%,支原体感染3例,所占比率为16.67%。治疗显效患者为109例(90.83%),有效患者8例(6.67%),无效患者3例(2.50%),治疗总有效率97.50%。细菌培养为阳性患者的48例中,显效患者20例(41.67%),有效患者25例(52.08%),无效患者为3例(6.25%),治疗总有效率为93.45%。治疗效果以及药敏实验结果均疗效显著,治疗总有效率为97.50%。结论复发性尿路感染细菌检验对长期治疗有限制性,使用分期治疗并根据药敏实验及临床验证选择抗生素这一治疗方法效果较好,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the bacterial infection of recurrent urinary tract infection and its effects on drug susceptibility. Methods In February 2014 to April 2016, 120 patients with recurrent urinary tract infections, for patients with stage treatment for a long time, combines the condition of patients with urinary tract bacterial culture sensitive experiment and clinical verification choice of antibiotics, observe its curative effect. Results In the 120 cases, 18 cases of bacterial culture were positive, with positive rate of 15.00%. Among them, 9 cases of escherichia coli were 50.00%, 6 cases of enterococcus faecalis, 33.33% of the total, and 3 cases of mycoplasma infection, the proportion was 16.67%. There were 109 cases（90.83%）, 8 patients（6.67%） and 3 cases（2.50%） of the effective patients, and 97.50% of the total effec63 tive treatment. In 48 cases of positive bacterial culture, 20 patients（41.67%） were prominent patients, 25 patients（52.08%） and 3 patients（6.25%） were invalid, and the total effective rate was 93.45%. The therapeutic effect and the result of drug susceptibility test were effective, and the total effective rate was 97.50%. Conclusion Recurrent urinary tract infections bacteria inspection has restricted to long-term treatment, use of staging treatment and select antibiotics according to the medicine sensitive experiment and clinical verification the treatment effect is good, is worth popularization and application.
