通络针灸联合低频脉冲治疗肩周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟通络针法联合低频脉冲治疗肩周炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2015年5月至2016年5月于盘锦市大洼区人民医院骨伤科就诊的肩周炎病例60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规口服止痛药联合一般针刺方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用通络针灸法和低频脉冲,观察患者临床疗效。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通络针法联合低频脉冲治疗肩周炎患者临床疗效肯定。Objective To observe the effect of Tongluo acupuncture combined with low frequency pulse clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016 in Panjin City, Dawa District People＇s Hospital of orthopedics and traumatology of periarthritis of shoulder were 60 cases, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method, 30 cases in the control group, the general acupuncture method of conventional oral analgesics, experimental group of 30 patients in the control group based on the use of Tongluo acupuncture and low frequency pulse, observe the clinical curative effect of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, there was statistical difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongluo acupuncture combined with low frequency pulse therapeutic effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis.
