摘  要:为了探究激光参数及辅助工艺对毛化形貌的影响规律,采用SP-100C-A-S6-A-A型光纤激光器在Cr12Mo V模具钢表面开展系统的激光毛化工艺试验研究。使用WKYO-NT1100三维形貌测量仪和显微硬度仪检测获得毛化形貌和表面硬度,通过单因素法分析脉冲宽度、激光功率、辅助气体压力、涂料涂层对毛化形貌的影响。结果表明:随着脉冲宽度的增加,毛化形貌的直径和高度均随之增大;随着激光功率的增加,毛化形貌的直径逐渐增大,而高度先增大后趋于稳定;辅助气体压力和涂料涂层均对毛化形貌的直径和高度有着显著的影响;与基材相比,毛化区域材料表面显微硬度增大了约40%左右。In order to study the influences of the laser parameters and auxiliary process on the roughen morphology,the SP-100 C-A-S6-A-A fiber laser is used to carry out systematic experiments of laser roughen process on the Cr12 Mo V die steel surface. The WKYO-NT1100 three-dimensional topography measurement instrument and the micro hardness meter are used to measure the roughen morphology and the surface hardness,and the pulse width,the laser power,the auxiliary gas pressure,the influence of paint coating on the roughen morphology are analyzed by single factor method. The results show that the diameter and the height of the roughen morphology are increased with the increase of pulse width. With the increase of the laser power,the diameter of the roughen morphology are increased gradually,and the height became stable after increasing first. The assist gas pressure and paint coating had significant impact on the diameter and the height of the roughen morphology. Compared with the base material,the micro hardness of the material on the roughen regional surface is increased by about 40%.
