摘  要:定向随钻扩孔在塔河油田二开制侧钻井中具有广泛的应用前景,然而目前面临随钻扩孔螺杆及配套钻头技术不够成熟、施工参数对工具及扩孔效果的影响认识不足、超深井小井眼钻具组合受到限制、轨迹控制难度大等难题。通过剖析高效螺杆工作特性及配套技术措施,对现场实践进行分析对比,总结出一套"以7LZ120×7.0-L-7螺杆及MB1363系列钻头为基础,优化钻具组合,优选钻井参数,强化轨迹控制"的定向随钻扩孔优化措施,在应用中取得了较好的效果,对降低老井侧钻成本具有重要意义。Directional reaming while drilling has broad application prospects in the side hole drilling of Tahe Oilfield. However, at present, there are some difficulties about the technology, such as the techniques of the screw and bit for reaming while drilling is not mature enough, the influence of construction parameters on tools and reaming effect is not fully understood, the assembly of small hole drilling tools in ultra deep wells is restricted, and the trajectory of ultra-deep well is not controlled well. By analyzing the performance characteristic and matching technical measures of efficient screw and field practices, a set of optimization measures for directional reaming while drilling were summed up, that is "the optimization of bit tool assembly based on 7LZ120×7.0-L-7 screw and MB1363 series bits, the optimization of drilling parameters, and the control of directional trajectory". Good application results have been achieved. This series of measures has important significance to reducing the cost of the side drilling of oil wells.
