摘 要:建造质量或操作不当会导致立式金属储罐发生形变,影响油罐的正常使用和安全运行及容积计量的准确度。应用激光扫描三维建模技术,研究了一种基于点云数据分析的大型立式金属罐变形测量新方法,通过迭代算法计算出每个圈板的几何半径,使用计算得到的几何半径为基础建立立式罐圈板模型的高精度模型。采用壁式移动测量平台进行局部区域形变参数的测量,实现了立式罐圈板整体和局部形变的同步测量。并以一个10 104 m^3立式浮顶罐(直径为79.937 m)为试验研究对象,验证了这种方法的有效性。In view of the quality and improper operation of the vertical tank, the deformation of the vertical metal storage tank will affect the normal operation and safe operation of the tank and the accuracy of volume measurement. Application of 3D modeling technology of laser scanning, a new method for deformation measurement of large vertical metal tank analysis based on point cloud data is studied and calculated by the iterative algorithm of geometry radius of each plate. High accuracy of the vertical tank plate model was obtained using the geometric radius calculated. The wall deformation measurement platform is used to measure the deformation parameters of the local area, and the synchronous measurement of the whole and local deformation of the vertical tank plate is realized. A 10104m3 vertical floating roof tank (diameter 79.937m) is used as the experimental study, which verified the effectiveness of this method.
