摘　　要：目的探讨儿童胸膜肺母细胞瘤(PPB)的CT表现。方法回顾性分析5例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的PPB的CT表现,并结合文献进行分析。结果左肺病变3例,右肺病变2例,Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型各1例。Ⅰ型患儿表现为多发充气囊腔;Ⅱ型患儿表现为巨大囊实性肿块,伴胸腔积液;Ⅲ型患儿表现为较大实性肿块。镜检:肿瘤主要由原始胚胎性的圆形或卵圆形细胞组成。结论 PPB是儿童期少见的肺部胚胎性肿瘤,CT表现随病理分型的不同而各有特点,结合病灶部位、形态及临床特征,影像检查可为临床提供一定的诊断依据。Objective To explore CT features of pleuropulmonary blastoma （PPB） in children. Methods CT manifestations of 5 patients with PPB diagnosed by surgery or biopsy pathology were analyzed retrospectively, which were analyzed by combining with literature. Results There were 3 cases with lesions in left lung, 2 cases with lesions in right lung, 3 cases of type I, 1 case of type II and 1 case of type III. The performance of typeI PPB was multiple airbag filling cavity. Type II patients showed the large cystic and solid mass combined with pleural effusion. The performance of type III PPB was larger solid mass. The tumor were mainly composed of primitive embryonal round or oval cells by microscopic examination. Conclusion PPB is a kind of rare lung embryo- nal tumor in childhood. CT features of PPB have different characteristics according to different pathological types. Combined with the lesion site, morphology and clinical characteristics, imaging examinations can provide a certain diagnosis for clinician.
