人口集聚、溢出效应与城乡居民信息消费

摘　　要：为了分析中国城乡居民信息消费迅速增长的动因,基于2001-2014年的省级面板数据,建立空间面板回归模型,从城市化进程中人口在城市集聚导致的集聚效应以及区域和城乡间的溢出效应两个角度,分析了城镇和农村居民信息消费的影响因素。研究发现:人口在城市的集聚能够通过集聚效应显著提升城镇居民的信息消费,但是不利于农村居民的信息消费;人口的集聚通过空间溢出效应会对城镇居民的信息消费产生显著的正向影响,而对农村居民信息消费产生不利影响;城镇居民信息消费在区域间存在显著为正的空间溢出效应,使得区域间城镇居民信息消费产生相互的正向促进作用,农村居民信息消费也存在类似的正向空间溢出效应;从城乡之间的溢出效应角度,发现城镇居民信息消费对于农村居民信息消费有显著正向溢出。基于上述研究结论,最后提出了相应的政策建议。In order to analyze the reasons for the rapid growth of information consumption of urban and rural residents in China, based on the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2014, the model of spatial panel regression was established. This paper analyzes the influence factors of information consumption of urban and rural residents from the perspective of the cluster effect caused by the concentration of the population in the urbanization process and the spillover effect between regions and urban and rural areas. The study found that： the agglomeration of population in the city can significantly enhance urban residents＇ information consumption, but not conducive to rural residents＂ informat ion consumption. The spillover effect of agglomeration will have a significant positive impact on urban residents＂ information consumption, and have an adverse impact on the information consumption of rural residents. Urban residents information consumption has significantly positive spillover effect among nearby regions,which leads to mutual positive promoting role in regional urban residents information consumption, and there are positive spillover effects similar to the information consumption of rural residents. From the perspective of the spillover effect between urban and rural areas, there is significantly positive spillover from urban residents information consumption to the rural. Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations
