益肾清利法治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床疗效的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析益肾清利法治疗CGN蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:收集2010年1月至2015年12月南京中医药大学附属医院肾科CGN患者89例,采用益肾清利法治疗,观察治疗前后蛋白尿、肾功能等变化及不良反应。结果:治疗后第3、6、9个月总有效率上升,Ig AN疗效较好;治疗9个月疗效最佳,Ig AN疗效显著;加用雷公藤多苷片治疗者UTP下降率明显提高,肾功能不全代偿组患者Bun、Scr、e GFR的变化差值与正常组比较差异有统计学意义,随访患者的肾功能治疗24个月与基线比较差异有统计学意义,其他指标治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论:采用益肾清利法治疗能较好地控制CGN蛋白尿,加用雷公藤多苷片可提高疗效,控制蛋白尿,有助于稳定肾功能。Objective： To retrospective analyze the clinical effect of Yishen Qingli Method in treating chronic glomerulonephritis（ CGN） proteinuria. Methods： Collect 89 patients with CGN from Nephropathy Department of Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Adopting Yishen Qingli Method and observing biochemical indices before and after treatment including UTP,renal function and adverse reactions. Results： The total effective rate rises after treatment of 3 months,6 months and 9 months,and the effect on Ig AN is remarkable; Proteinuria decreases dramatically after 9 months and the trend of UTP decline in Ig AN is most obvious; The rate of descend of UTP increases remarkably after taking TW polyglycosides; The change of difference between the group of compensatory renal insufficiency and that of normal renal function shows statistical difference in blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate;After 24 months treatment on patients are followed,there renal function have statistical difference comparing with baseline;There is no statistical difference in other biochemical indices. Conclusion： Yishen Qingli Method is beneficial to reduce CGN proteinuria distinctly. Taking TW polyglycosides can improve the curative effects. Reducing proteinuria helps stabilize renal function.
